«A JOURNEY IN TIME». Nocturnal torchlight tours of Saint Philip´s Castle.

- 15th June to 15th September 2010.
- Set in the past, touring the Castle´s underground galleries.
- XVIIIth Century illumination by flame torch and lamplight.
- Animated by actors and live period statues.
- Real musket shots and XVIIth Century cannon fire.

The tour starts with a brief historical introduction, after which each visitor will be given an oil lamp... and the journey into the past begins!

Walking the castle´s underground galleries, animated by actors representing scenes from the past, experience the atmosphere of an age gone by: smell the past, the powder, the shots, feel the darkness, hear the voices and lamentations. There´s no need for imagination... See it with your own eyes!

Finish the journey by tasting tapas of culinary delights and drinks from the XVIIIth Century.

Saturdays: guided tour in Spanish; Sundays: guided tour in English, time: 20.30h. - 23.00h. Maximum 40 people per tour.
